Dear Boys and Girls:

Remember that picture of me and Division 11 and the front of Nestor school?

Well, check THIS out... it snowed!!!

Brr! I couldn't believe how cold the snow was! The children had to keep me bundled up at first. We took a long Snow Walk all around the school. I have to admit, I never would have guessed that white can make everything look so different!

Don't worry when you look at the next pictutre... the children didn't fall over frozen... They are just making SNOW ANGELS! First you have to lie down on your back. Then you sweep your arms and legs back and forth on the snow, just like you were doing a jumping jack!

If you get up really carefully, you can see an angel in the snow! Your legs will have made the angel's skirt and your arms make her wings!

Check out my big snowball! Oops, got some snow on my nose too!

Mrs. Boekhout's yard was SOOOO pretty in the snow! It's a good thing she puts out birdseed for the birdies!

Do you recognize this spot... it's the same Trans Canada Trail marker as in page 2!

Mr. Boekhout took me to his work at Cypress Mountain. I got to ride some BIG snow removal machines!

I don't know if you can see me... but I'm there on the bumper!

Love and hugs,
Hugh Manatee
